IBM started this E-Business in 1997. According to them, “E-Business is the transformation of the key business process through the use of Internet technologies.“

That is, E-Business is the business in where Internet, Intranet, extranet help that. Here, E-Commerce is the subnet of E-Business.

E-Business does not only give priority to sell and buy but also provides service to customers and collaborates with their business partners.
