Jaldapara National park:

Jaldapara National park or Jaldapara Wildlife sanctuary is a great national park. It is situated on the bank of the Torsa River in Alipurduar District. Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary was established in 1941 for shaving the Indian one-horned rhinoceros. In the year 2012, it was declared a National park. This national park or forest is mainly covered by the savannah grasses. Various types of birds, animals and nature’s beauty are the attraction of this forest. This Sanctuary is famous as a preserver of rhinoceros and elephants. There are different types of flora and fauna are also exist in this national park. The main attraction of this national park is one-horned rhinoceros. Other animals and birds in the park include Indian leopard, Indian elephants, sambar, barking deer, spotted deer, hog deer, wild pigs, bison, crested eagle, Pallas’s fish eagle, kraits, cobras, geckos, jungle fowl etc.
Buxa fort:

Buxa fort has its own cultural heritage and it is a famous historical place or a tourist destination. Buxa fort is situated at a high altitude of 867 meters above the sea level in Alipurduar District. This nice fort was built by the Bhutan King in 1770 t0 1772. At the first time it was made of bamboo, after the British rule it was reconstructed by using bricks and concrete. This fort was used as a detention center for freedom fighters.
Jaldapara Museum:

Jaldapara Museum is one of the most beautiful museums in the hill region. It is specially made for children. It is a famous preserver of the unique collection. This museum has various types of collections, including animal’s picture, preserved bodies, various posters etc.
Rajabhatkhawa Nature Interpret:

Rajabhatkhawa Nature Interpret is also known as Orchid House. It is situated in Alipurduar District. Jungle safari in Rajabhatkhawa is also a prime attraction for the tourist. Rajabhatkhawa is a small town and this area of this town is fed by rivers Raidhak and Jayanti. If you visit this place then you have seen various types of flora and fauna. There is a library also with the collection of books. Dense of this beautiful forest and the wonderful nature make this place charming.
Buxa Tiger Reserve:

Buxa Tiger Reserve is situated in Alipurduar District, near West Bengal and Bhutan border. Buxa Tiger Reserve or forest is established in 1983. Once upon a time, this park was a part of Jalpaiguri district, but now it is in Alipurduar District. The total area of this forest is 702.44 km square. This forest is famous for tiger reserved. There are different types of flora and fauna are also exist in this forest. More than 450 species are present in this forest. The main species in this forest are Tiger, Asian elephant, gaur, wild boar, sambar and the main trees are sal, champa, gamar, simul etc.
