Just look at the 120-meter high statue of Louis Ruth Slugger’s Babe Ruth, who sits in the doorway. Inside, visitors can visit where the Louisville Slugger was made to watch as a simple wooden piece turned into a tool with which professional baseball players had been breaking records since 1884.

Attached to the factory is a museum full of memorabilia and exhibitions exploring the history of the Louisville Slugger and the works of some of the most famous actors in their use. The museum’s most valuable items are the bat used to beat Hank Aaron’s 700th home; Joe DiMaggio’s catch from his 56th hit game; and the bat used by Father Ruth for 21 years of his 1927 home, complete with Bambino notes engraved around the logo on each of those runs.

The museum has a batter cake, a pitching simulator, and a seventeen-ton stone baseball glove, often worn by children and adults alike. At the end of your visit, you will receive your mini bat as a souvenir.

The Daniel Boone National Forest covers ​​21 counties east of Kentucky, covering more than 708,000 acres. Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park is located at the site of Sinking Springs Farm, founded by the father of the 16th President, Thomas Lincoln. In 1911, construction was completed at the Memorial, which housed the Symbolic Birth Cabin, resembling a one-room house where Abraham Lincoln was born in 1809.

The Memorial Neoclassical Building is built of Tennessee rock and Connecticut pink granite and was made by architect Russell Pope John. Its 57 steps showcase Lincoln’s age at his death, and some features represent his agency. And in this area is Sinking Spring, a natural water source named after the water evaporates back to the earth below.
