The pebbles on the way were repeatedly stuck over the King’s feet, which caused the king to pain, after walking a little, the king could not walk and he was irritated and returned to the palace. He came back and started thinking about how to make this difficult Road a good one and to find a solution he called a meeting. In front of everyone in the meeting, the king ordered the Minister to cover the road with leather.
