Cooch Behar Stadium:

Cooch Behar Stadium located in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. It is a multi-purpose stadium and the ground mainly used for various types of sports such as cricket, football etc. This beautiful stadium was opened in the year 2008. Famous Ranji trophy matches also organized here. “Vijay Merchant Trophy” is the 1st  match at this Stadium. This under 19s match played between Gujarat versus Jharkhand.

Cooch Behar Head Post Office:

Cooch Behar Head Post Office is a two storied building. It was built in 1923-24. But now present time it is newly reconstructed and few changes in old structure.  In ancient period a big veranda was present on the first floor but now it has been converted into rooms.

Madan Mohan Temple is an amazing famous temple and heart of Cooch Behar District. It was built by Maharaja Nripendra Narayana in 1885-1889. The main god of this temple is Krishna and Balaram, they are popularly known as Madan and Mohan. The main festival of this Temple is ‘Rash Mela’.The temple is so big and made of the unique structure.

Cooch Behar Rajbari is located in Cooch Behar, West Bengal. It is situated at the time of ancient Cooch Empire. It is a historical place and covering with the beautiful garden. This beautiful Rajbari was made by British Architectural Marvel.

Sagar Dighi:

Brahmo Mandir is located near Sagar Dighi in cooch Behar. This Temple was built by Maharaja Nripendra Narayan between the years 1860-1880. It is an example of Roman- Europe architecture. This temple is the proof of Brahmo Samaj.

Baradebi Bari:

Baradevi Bari is situated in Cooch Behar District. This Temple was constructed in the line of European architecture. This temple is also known as Mata Durga Mandir. This place hosts every year a big fair during the time of Durga Puja.

Dangar Ayee Temple:

Dangar Ayee Temple is located in Gunjabari of Cooch Behar District. This temple was built by Dangar Ayee Kameswari Devi, wife of Maharaja Shibendra Narayana between the years 1839 – 1847. This holy temple is also known as “Aunt’s House” of Lord Madan Mohan and also this place is known as Gunjabari.

Kamteswari Temple:

Kamteswari Temple is situated at Goshanimari in Dinhata, Cooch Behar. The present temple is not the original temple. After Destroyed original temple, the new temple was built by Maharaja Pran Narayan in 1665. The temple has the Devi throne and there are 2 smaller temples also exist beside the main temple.

Siddheswari Kali Bari:

Siddheswari Kali Bari is situated in Cooch Behar, 11 km away from Cooch Behar town. It was constructed by Maharaja Harevdra Narayana in 1830. This holy temple is famous for Mata Kali and it’s also as an attraction for adventure lovers.

Gosanimari Rajpat:

Gosanimari Rajpat is a great place for hang out or relaxation. It is one of the oldest historical places in Cooch Behar District. This location is just 40 km away from district headquarters. During that time so many features are destroyed of this Archaeological site.

Siddhanath Siva Temple:

Siddhanath Siva Temple has situated in Dinhata about 7 km from Cooch Behar. This holy temple was made by the terracotta structure. It is built by Maharaja Shibendra Narayan and Maharaja Harendra Narayana, between the years 1799 to 1843. The main god of this temple is Shiv. The major attraction of this temple is 4ft height shiv ling, which was made by Kosti Pathar. Now, this unique stylish temple is maintained by the government of West Bengal.
