Recently, Microsoft also added the “Save as PDF” option in their popular software package “Microsoft Office 2013” and “Microsoft Office 2010”. But, Microsoft Office 2007 user doesn’t get this “Save as PDF” feature. Using this method, you can save any file as PDF or print any file as a PDF. By the way PDF means, “Portable Document Format”, alternatively you can say “Permanent Document Format”.

Follow the instructions below to save your online files or offline files as PDF. Also, you can convert any files to PDF.
- Step 1: First, download the “Free PDF Maker” from this link.
- Step 2: Install it on your PC.
- Step 3: Go to the webpage which you want to print as PDF. (Press CTRL+P jointly from your keyboard to get the print option)
- Step 4: If you are using Google Chrome browser, then click on “Change” button and choose “Free PDF Creator” as the default printer and print the web page as PDF.
If you are using Mozilla FireFox browser, then open the target web page and go to the print option and choose “Free PDF Creator” from the printer list and print the file as PDF.
If you want to print a file of Notepad or Microsoft Office 2007, then go to the print option and choose “Free PDF Creator” as the default printer and print the file.
