Here the part of Let us know will be blue ink. If you click on Let us know then another page will come. Here you will get an option for uploading ID card. You have to give scanning ID card or good picture with picking well camera. Your name, birthday and filling E-mail may need in that case.
Submit that after filling correctly. Check E-mail regularly. They will inform you your all details. If ID is right then it will like getting heaven. If it is wrong, then getting the feedback in E-mail, submit ID card in the same rule. In this way, if you submit three times, then I hope you will get back your ID. I also have got this in this way.
